    SDC-60ZD Double End High-Precision CNC Lathe is independently developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. especially for processing of terminal surfaces, fillets and chamfers of shafts and tube parts simultaneously from both ends. It is the best solution for double end processing of roller shaft and tube parts.
     
    Features
    ● Linkage of dual channels to enable processing of both ends of workpieces simultaneously, ensuring concentricity of workpieces.
    ● Capable of processing steel and iron tubes and shaft parts.
    ● Capable of automatic loading and unloading. One man can operate muiltiple equipments simultaneously.
     
    Configurations
    ● High-precision bearing spindle, with maximum rotation speed reaching 4000r/min。
    ● Equipped with two tool aprons on the left and right. Capable of multiple processing with one clamping.
    ● Each servo axis adopts high-precision ballscrew with preload for the rotation. 
    ● Both ends of the spindle are equipped with special pneumatic clamps, and the special clamps can be replaced rapidly in accordance with different specification of workpieces. 
    ● Cutting cooling adopts spray cooling method, and can minimize thermal damage and improve the quality of workpiece surfaces.
    ● CNC system adopts Mitsubishi system.
    ● Optional: Automatic loading and unloading system, link-plate chip conveyor. Capable of alleviating labor strength and improving efficiency.

    1、Rotation accuracy of principal spindle ≤2μm                    
    2、Maximum rotating speed of principal spindle 0-4000rpm
    3、Length deviation of both end faces ≤0.05mm
    4、Diameter deviation of inner bore of both end faces ≤0.01mm                          
    5、Double Z axis: Stroke 260mm, Straightness 3μm, Repeated positioning accuracy 5µm
    6、Double X axis: Stroke 240mm, Straightness 3μm, Repeated positioning accuracy 2µm
    7、Processing scope: External diameter and the length of shaft and tube are Ф30--60mm and 220--400mm respectively.

    Application area

    The lathe is widely used in double-end processing of shafts and tube parts for automobile damper cylinder sleeves, transmission shafts in power seats, etc.
