    DJC-350A Ultra-Precision Single-Point Diamond Lathe is independently developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. The surface roughness of the processed parts may reach the nanometer level. It is the necessary instrument for processing various precision optical lenses and ultra-precision moulds.
     
    Features
    The surface roughness of the processed parts may reach the nanometer level, and the maximum diameter reaches up to 350mm. It is capable of processing varieties of high-precision flat, spherical and aspherical parts as well as off-axis and free-form surface parts of copper, aluminum, single crystal germanium, zinc selenide, resin, PMMA and other similar materials. In the three-axis mode, it can also process off-axis parts, cylinders, meridian planes and other non-rotationally symmetric parts and free-form surfaces. Equipped with special tools, it is further capable of processing micro structural parts, such as diffractive parts, Fresnel lenses, etc.

    ● Adopts ultra-precision air bearings with no friction consumption but high rotation accuracy, capable of C axis functions.
    ● Natural granite base to ensure long-term stability of the machine.

    ● The spindle adopts built-in motors and high-precision encoder.
    ● The ends of the spindle are installed with balance discs and vacuum chucks.
    ● Ultra-precision hydrostatic slides to ensure good stiffness and damping.
