    ZJC-10B Ultra-Precision Diamond Cone CNC Lathe is a special purpose lathe developed by Atoman Science and Technology Ltd. especially for non-ferrous metal cone parts. 
     
    Features
    Surfaces of the processed axicons are superior with high reflectance and no deformation after reflection. Angle accuracy of 90° axicons processed is ±20″, roughness of the axicons processed is lower than 10 nm, reflectance higher than 90%. Range of diameter of the axicons to process is 4mm—10mm. The lathe is capable of processing non-ferrous materials (copper, aluminum, etc.)

    ● Natural granite pedestal.
    ● The spindle adopts aerostatic structure.
    ● X axis guiderail adopts high-precision flotation guiderail and high-precision ballscrew transmission.
    ● Z axis adopts imported linear guiderail and high-precision ballscrew transmission.
    ● Chip cooling adopts patented technology.
    ● Mitsubishi CNC system is adopted.

       1、Isolation foundation required. Instrument operation temperature 20±2℃. Temperature gradient within 1 day lower than 2℃. Humidity ≤ 50%.
       2、Air filter accuracy: 0.5um. Oil free. Water free.
       3、Airflow ≥ 0.3m³/min.
      4、Voltage: 380V. Power of instrument: ≤5KW.
