    Product introduction

    In the gravure engraving industry, concentricity of taper holes and surfaces of both ends of gravure cylinders used to be below the required accuracy criteria (below 0.05mm to qualify) for long due to limit of traditional processing techniques. Atoman developed a special instrument especially for high-precision processing of taper holes and terminal surfaces of both ends of gravure cylinders simultaneously from both ends through analyzing current status processing requirements of the industry. The lathe adopts facing heads with the function of automatic centering, automatic length determining and imbalance compensation, which is patented technology of Atoman. We also developed relevant processing techniques in accordance with features of customers’ workpieces. Compared with traditional machining processing method, each of quality, production, cost of labor and labor intensity is greatly improved. We brought benefits to our customers.
