    High-Precision CNC Aspheric Grinder and relevant processing techniques is developed by Atoman especially for spectacle lens manufacturers. It is majorly applied in processing of glass mould of resin lenses, with one rough grinding wheel and a finishing one, high-precision processing with high efficiency can be realized. Compared to traditional techniques, both processing efficiency and precision are improved. Its processing efficiency is around 4 min / pc and the processing accuracy is below 5μm. Economic benefit of customers is thus enhanced.
